Therapy can be an unfamiliar and daunting space occasionally. It is difficult to trust a not-known professional with our deepest fears and vulnerabilities. I get it. A trusting and safe therapeutic relationship is more effective than any therapy modality and I pride on my ability to create that space for my clients

I am passionate about using EMDR to help those that have experienced trauma(recent, past or ongoing) and I have worked with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, childhood neglect, attachment injuries.
I also work with clients that may not be experiencing anxiety or distress but want to work on improving their understanding of themselves, improve their resilience and build on their strengths.
My therapy approach is flexible and individual focused to work on the 3 D’s—Disorder(any psychiatric diagnosis), Distress and Discovery(self-growth).
Australian government and Medicare help in achieving these goals by providing 10 rebatable sessions through a mental health care plan from your GP.
Modalities that I draw from include Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR.
Languages I speak and offer therapy in are English, Hindi, Marathi. [I can understand Kannada but cannot offer therapy in it.
